We’re sorry you need to return your item(s), but we understand this is necessary from time to time so we have made the process as simple as possible for you.

We have a standard 30 day returns policy, allowing you to return any new, unused item within 30 days of receipt.

For orders made within the UK, you can use our online returns portal to start your returns process. 

For orders made outside of the UK, please contact us to arrange your return.

If you are returning multiple products from different orders, the return process must be started for each unique order number. 

Whichever way you’re returning your product, it must be securely packaged using additional packaging on top of the original product packaging, to ensure it is resaleable when the product is returned to us – delivery labels attached to product packaging will render the product ineligible for a refund / replacement.

Please note, as per our Terms & Conditions, all returned goods and their packaging must be in brand new pristine condition, suitable for re-sale to another customer. Labels must be attached to the product. Damaged packaging will only be accepted if the damage was the minimum amount necessary to open the package and inspect the goods or if the damage was caused in transit.

In addition, if you receive the wrong item, but decide to use it anyway, then you are accepting the item, and we are unable to provide a refund as it has now been used.
